The Iguazu National Park protects the Iguazu Falls and the subtropical jungle surrounding it. The protected area can be seen in red with its dense forest, surrounded by farmed areas. The water flow of the falls can be seen in white.

To avoid clouds, this Copernicus Sentinel-2 image is a quarterly cloud-free mosaic, generated by a custom script from three months of imagery before 13.07.2024. The visualization is false colour.
